Allergic Rhinitis
In TCM, hay fever or allergic rhinitis is called wind, which indicates a runny nose and itching. Acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, and Guasha are usually used to treat acute and chronic hay fever. There is also a lot of evidence saying that acupuncture can control symptoms, improve quality of life, and reduce medication use.
